Hyper Anna is a startup with the goal of building an automated analytics through data driven storytelling. As the product design manager, I work across strategy, product management, design and research and manage a team of engineers and designers.
Woolies X is a unit within Woolworths that builds products and services for 8m+ consumers. As the on-site lead, I managed a team of Designers, Engineers, and Testers to develop a strategy to resolve UX debt and technical debt within the Woolies Supermarket iOS and Android app as well as provided direction for the implementation of a Woolies Driver app. I also led the creation and managed the rollout of the Woolworths design system across mobile platforms.
The current mobile solution could not accommodate the business goals set out by the Goodlife digital transformation strategy. Using a combination of design and research methods we were able to develop and test multiple rounds to test Goodlife's hypothesis on-site with current customers, prospects, staff and trainers to identify the needs for all parties.
