Hey, I am Will. I'm a practicing product and software design lead. At the moment I'm working in the automated analytics space at Hyper Anna, across research, strategy and product design. We're a small but focused team of product managers, engineers, data scientists and designers.
Before that I was consulting for Outware, a full service mobile app agency. I was an early design hire before the product team grew to 35 whilst I was there. I played a big part in scaling the product team and processes before it was acquired in 2016.
Amongst other roles at Outware I worked with Woolworths — the largest supermarket chain in Australia, solving complex problems for over 8 million customers. I was the on-site team lead for Outware's engineers and designers and led design as we standardised and simplified their Android and iOS apps.
